It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that subsequent to the issuance of the impugned charge memo, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, the petitioner has been dismissed from service by the respondents on 04.04.2024. The proceedings of the respondents dated 04.04.2024, dismissing the petitioner from service, has also been placed on record.

Since the impugned charge memo has culminated in the passing of the order dismissing the petitioner from service, necessarily, the petitioner will have to challenge the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by the respondents dismissing the petitioner from service, in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 2/4
3. After recording the fact that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been dismissed from service by the proceedings of the respondents dated 04.04.2024, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by the respondents dismissing the petitioner from service in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
