This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report (Charge Sheet) before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai in Crime No. 11 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent within a time frame by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.11 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
