ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2019, for the offences under Sections 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.20 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. On going through the contents of the FIR as well as the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., it is seen that the petitioner had played with the life of a young girl. 4. The conduct of the petitioner cannot be condoned. Hence, I am not inclined to grant any relief and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
