ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.12 of 2022 has been registered.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh petition.
