Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the orders passed by the second respondent in Claim Petition No.126/2008 dated 5th October 2012 and to quash the same as far as the percentage of the interest levied for the pending Retirement Benefit as 10% and the period of interest calculated from 21.05.2008 till the date of realization is concerned and further direct the first respondent to calculate the pending due amount with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. and further direct the first respondent to pay the interest from the date of retirement till the date of realization.
