O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2015, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On a complaint given by the 2nd respondent / defacto complainant, the 1st respondent, after investigation, has registered a case in Crime No.10 of 2015 against the petitioners/ Accused, for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 109, 307, 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. The 2nd respondent/defacto complainant as well as the petitioners/accused are present before this Court and they are identified by the respective learned counsels and both the parties have filed a compromise memo stating that the matter in issue between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the 2nd respondent / defacto complainant is not willing to prosecute the case.

4. The Court has also heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. As it is represented that none have suffered grievous injury, this compromise is accepted.

6. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed the proceeding in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Suthamalli Police Station, Tirunelveli District, is hereby quashed.
