ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai to dispose of O.S.No.13 of 2017, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.According to the revision petitioners, they have filed a suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017 on the file of the learned First Additional District Court, Madurai, for the relief of recovery of money. The matter has been pending for the past three years without any progress. Therefore, the petitioners have come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and perused the materials available on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of O.S.No.13 of 2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD)No.86 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
