The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondents under which they have cancelled the entire tender and returned the EMD amount of the petitioner. It is seen from the records that the tender is for transportation of furnace oil from Coimbatore to the respondent premises for a period of one year. Since the period has already expired, nothing survives on the Writ Petition.
