RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners made in Crl.OP(MD) No. 21197/2018 on 30.11.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MANDHIRALINGESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21197 of 2018 on 30.11.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21197 of 2018 on 30.11.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as indicated above.
