Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 497, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.20 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, her husband/A1 and developed illegal intimacy with A2 and they are living in adultery. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the maternal aunt of the first accused and she is residing at Melapalayam while the first accused is in abroad. It is further submitted that the defacto complainant and the first accused were residing at Virudhunagar and she has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagr, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition

that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
