This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR. The defacto complainant - Ishwarya is present before this Court through Video Conferencing. She has been duly identified both by the counsel as well as by A.Pitchai, Sub Inspector of Police, attached to the Keeramangalam Police Station. The accused and the complainant are husband and wife.
