PETITIONS FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS Act. COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.2 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 506(1) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, in Crime No.2 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, who is the wife of A1, is said to have been subjected to physical and mental cruelty. The petitioners are the husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations made in this case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to resort to the procedure contemplated under Section 35 of BNSS and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. 2/3
