JUDGMENT
When the Second Appeal was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2017, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that, he had already handed over the papers to the appellants. Recording the same, the Registry was directed to the print the names of the appellants in the cause-list.
2. Thereafter, the Second Appeal was listed on 04.07.2024, by printing the names of the appellants and there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, in order to give an opportunity to the appellants, the Registry was directed to list the matter today under the caption 'For Dismissal'.
