ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a communication issued by the first respondent herein to the second respondent, not to register any documents with regard to Survey Nos.207/2B1 and 207/2B3. This communication is being challenged by the writ petitioner on the ground that the first respondent has no jurisdiction to pass such an order.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has filed a counter pointing out that the first respondent has issued another communication, dated 04.10.2013, under which he has excluded Survey Nos.207/2B1 and 207/2B3 with which the petitioner is concerned.

3. In view of the subsequent development and in view of the fact that the first respondent has already recalled his order, no further orders 2/4

are required to be passed in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
