ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.K.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to substitute the certified copy of Ex.A2, namely the Registered partition deed and to get the original of the same by the petitioner.
