PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.780 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.
4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation , the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.
