This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.99 of 2014, vide order dated 10.01.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, which was, subsequently confirmed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.R.C.No.3 of 2014, vide order dated 07.04.2014.

2. When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted in Crime No.12 of 2014 and the same was closed as action dropped on 19.02.2015. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
