RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner/Accused in Crl.OP(MD) No. 1715/2018 dated 07.02.2018 to report continuously in the respondent police station at 10.a.m. instead of reporting in North Police Station, Tuticorin at 10.a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J. SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, and Mr.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate for Intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1715 of 2018, dated 07.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 05.03.2018. He further submitted that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 05.03.2018, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
