Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.15401 of 2018 :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the non bailable warrant pending against the accused no.1 in C.CNo.393 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District pertaining to Crime No.10 of 2011.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.

V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Petitioners, this Court made the following order: This Petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking extension of time to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the accused no.1 in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15401of 2018, dated 30.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.08.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15401 of 2018, is extended further for a period of four weeks from today.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
