JUDGMENT

The defendants in O.S.No.29 of 2003 on the file of the District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, are the appellants in this second appeal.

2. It arises out of a suit for permanent injunction. The Courts below have concurrently given a finding that the plaintiffs are in possession of the suit property. It is a pure question of fact. The concurrent findings of the Court below have not been shown to be perverse. No substantial question of law arises for consideration. The second appeal is dismissed. No costs.
