ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to register the F.I.R., on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.06.2015 within a reasonable time.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
