Side) on behalf of the Respondent 1, Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Advocate for Intervenor, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1544 of 2018, dated 01.02.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition from 07.02.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are abiding the
condition without any deviation and also considering the age of the first and second petitioners, this Court is inclined to relax the condition entirely with regard to the first and second petitioners alone. Accordingly, the earlier condition imposed against the first and second petitioners alone is fully relaxed. Insofar as the third petitioner is concerned, the earlier condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
