[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to remove the encroachments in the S.Nos.79, 82, 84, 99, 96 and 102 by evicting the encroachers therein and restore the banks and "Saaya Odai" and also restore "Venkataraman Kulam" and S.No. 108.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced a

communication of the Tahsildar, Natham in Na.Ka.No.3150/2019/A1, dated 31.12.2022 and submitted that the encroachments as alleged by the petitioner have been removed, which is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if any encroachment still exists. No costs.
