O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent not to interfere in the possession of the petitioner's property under the guise of enquiry into a civil matter.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a civil suit in O.S.No.624 of 2013 was pending on the file of the Sub Court, Trichy at the time of filing of the above petition and that subsequently, the said suit was disposed of.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent appeared before the first respondent and they have given a letter stating that they have entered into compromise.
