RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.22057 of 2018 dated 05.02.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22057 of 2018 on 05.02.2019 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22057 of 2018 on 05.02.2019regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
