Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.639 of 2019 dated 18.01.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.639 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
