2018 for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition set forth in the same Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1713 of 2018, dated 05.02.2018, for producing sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated 05.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1713 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, the petitioners approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
