RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.21800 of 2018 dated 10/12/2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21800 of 2018 on 10.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21800 of 2018 on 10.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday.
