2018 for enabling the petitioner to comply the condition set forth in the same Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2223 of 2018, dated 13.02.2018, for producing sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated 13.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 2223 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
