ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order, under which, a sum of Rs.1,40,412/- was demanded from the writ petitioner.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Electricity Board submits that due to non-payment of the demand, service connection was disconnected long back. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that the writ petitioner has passed away and the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner has not taken any steps so far to implead the legal heirs and also reported 'No instructions'. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
