ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also submitted a letter dated 29.10.2020 to the Registry in this regard. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has been listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

2. Recording the submission as well as the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
