The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by intervening into the 1/3

subject matter of civil dispute in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the issue is between the siblings and the case lodged as against the petitioner was enquired in C.S.R.No.9 of 2025 and the same was closed on 05.01.2025.
