Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner had complied the conditions from 27.02.2018 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ till date, without any deviation. He further submitted that the investigation is not yet completed.
4. Heard both sides. As per the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 27.02.2018 to till date, without any deviation. Moreover, the respondent police registered this case against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294 (b) and 506(i) of IPC. Hence, considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow this application.
