ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to dispose of the case in C.C.No.49 of 2015 in Crime No.170 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that out of ten witnesses, eight witnesses have already been examined and the case stands posted for examination of remaining witnesses.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.49 of 2015, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
