PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to call for the First Information Report in Crime No. 34 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the F.I.R. in Crime No. 34 of 2022 of Eriodu Police Station, Dindigul District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Mr.M.Veeranthiran, learned Government Advocate would contend that the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2022 was completed and the final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur in e-filing No.CC202400003, dated 02.01.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
