This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the F.I.R. in Crime No.510 of 2019 of Vadamadurai Police Station, Dindigul District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Mr.M.Veeranthiran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would contend that after conducting investigation, the respondent police has dropped all further actions in Crime No.510 of 2019 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
