This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 69 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side). 3.The petitioner is arrayed as accused for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) IPC. 4.Both the counsel submitted that joint compromise memo dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 29.06.2015 has been filed already signed by the counsels as well as by the parties. This Court has perused the compromise memo. In the

compromise memo it has been stated that since the parties have settled the dispute amiably, there is no necessary to proceed further. 5.Considering the submissions made and after going through the relevant documents including the offences alleged against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to quash the FIR as no useful purpose would be served by proceeding the case any longer. Accordingly, the FIR in Crime No. 69 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed. The compromise memo shall form part of record. This petition is ordered.
