Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Thiruppuvanam to dispose O.S.No.42 of 2021 in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thiruppuvanam to dispose the suit in O.S.No.42 1/4

of 2021 pending on his file within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that even though the written statement was filed by the respondent in the said suit on 22.12.2021, the same is being adjourned time to time without any progress for the past 4 years and therefore, the said case may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif, Thiruppuvanam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Thiruppuvanam to dispose the said suit in O.S.No.42 of 2021 pending on his file within a period of four 2/4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
