2. When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that in S.A.(MD)No.601 of 2005, the first respondent died and in S.A. (MD)No.602 of 2005, the respondents 1 and 2 died and steps have not been taken.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant remained absent for the second time. Hence, these Second Appeals are dismissed for default. No costs.
