This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent and to instruct the third respondent not to interfere into the operation of the petitioner's SMP travel cars at Airport, Madurai, by considering his representation, dated 28.09.2013. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the main allegation was against the third respondent and that after filing of the writ petition, the third respondent was transferred and she is now working as Inspector of Police, Coimbatore. He would further submit that the petitioner is now running his business without any interference. 2/4

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
