This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Leaned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal on 12.12.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
