NAGENDRAN, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.107 of 2017 on 23.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD)No.107 of 2017 on 23.01.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
