O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus forbearing the District Revenue Officer, Madurai/the 1st respondent herein from proceeding with the Patta proceeding enquiry in Na.Ka.No.1066/2010 dated 28.03.2011.

2.Mr.G.Mohan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had produced a communication of the 1st respondent herein dated 05.08.2022, wherein it has been held that in view of the pendency of the civil proceedings, no orders could be passed in the review petition. It was further held that that whoever succeeds in the Civil Court can approach the authority for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the said proceedings, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
