The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of Ananthi.
2.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
4.The second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and there shall be no harassment to the petitioner. In the meantime, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
5. With the above direction, the petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(C.O) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar ses To 1.The Inspector of Police,C-4, Thilagar Thidal Police Station,Madurai.
