This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.185 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, Dindigul District.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were acquitted on 28.08.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, Dindigul District.
