Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2495 of 2019 on 18.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2495 of 2019 on 18.02.2019 regularly and she prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed, which was taken on file in P.R.C.No.11 of 2019. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2495 of 2019 on 18.02.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, daily at 10.30 a.m., till the committal proceedings are over. sd/- 01/04/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
