Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2369 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 2369 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018 is hereby fully relaxed.
