The present writ petition has been filed challenging the Peace Committee Resolution, in which, the petitioner's Church was directed to conduct the marriage of the fifth respondent. However, in view of the lapse of time, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
