Prayer in SA(MD) No.633 of 2023:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 29-08-2022 passed in A.S.No. 20 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul by confirming the judgment and 1/3

decree dated 01-07-2019 in O.S.No.597 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.
