PRAYER IN SA(MD) No.SR.32206 of 2015:- Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree dated 27.02.2015 made in A.S.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tuticorin confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 31.01.2014 made in O.S.No.395 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 577 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.59,549.50 in the appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) to be deposited in the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, S.B.A/C.No.6514082295 in favour of Registrar (Administration) for removal of Karuvelam trees within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
